Here’s another hotel room workout that you can do while traveling, visiting family, if you don’t have a gym membership, or if it’s too cold to go outside. It’s a workout with NO TOYS (aka equipment), which means no excuses! What you will need is a chair, a “can do attitude”, and your lovely self, that’s it! Body-resistance
