I learn about you: where you are, where you want to go, what worked, what hasnʼt, your energy and stress levels, sleep, etc. I can help answer your fitness questions, review your current workouts, establish your baselines (body fat, measurements, weight, pictures – if you want), and review what you are eating and when.

Customized Workout for Home or Gym: 2 (1-hr) Sessions
Includes everything from the Fitness Consultation session outlined above plus an additional session to develop a customized work out plan tailored to your needs and specific goals; a workout that we go through 2-3 times to review proper form; and a copy of your documented plan that you get to take with you to start using at home or at the gym.
