I love resistance tubing, so versatile, easy to travel with and always a challenging workout. During class I talk about my next date to donate blood and how important it is and easy to do. (Red Cross) Did you know that every 2 seconds blood is needed ? I was shocked when I learned this. Our affirmation during the stretch in this class is finding the humor in it. I learn about you: where you are, where you want to go, what worked, what hasnʼt, your energy and stress levels, sleep, etc. I can help answer your fitness questions, review your current workouts, establish your baselines (body fat, measurements, weight, pictures – if you want), and review what you are eating and when.
