Whether you are new to fitness or simply want to spice up your current workouts, customized, one-on-one fitness sessions are a great way to help you achieve your fitness goals (and spoil yourself a little)! In your personalized sessions, I can help answer your fitness questions, establish your baseline (body fat, measurements, etc. to compare to your future improvements), and review what you are eating and when. Finally, I’ll work with you to design a customized work out plan to help you achieve your specific goals. I’ll even go for a run or walk with you during your session if you’d like, again, it’s up to you.
