Picnic Table Workout

If you’re enjoying the beauty of being outside, walking the dogs, or at the park with the kids, why not get a good workout in!? Workouts aren’t just for the gym, you can do them anywhere! Not to mention, parks are everywhere! You can get in great shape with this picnic table workout. You can make this a quick 5 minute workout or if you have time a 20 minute or more workout.

WORKOUT
1. Incline Spiderman Push-Ups
2. Incline Mountain Climbers
3. Dips (both arms or single arm)
4. Single Leg Plyos
5. Side Lateral Step-Ups

Beginner fitness level – do all 5 exercises for 15 seconds each. Intermediate fitness level – do all 5 exercises for 30 seconds each. Advanced fitness level – do all 5 exercises for 1 minute. Elite fitness level – do all 5 exercises until you can’t do them anymore or when your form is compromised. Whatever fitness level you’re at, your goal is to work your way up to 3 sets.

As always, consult a doctor when starting any new workout program.

Have fun with your workouts and don’t do something you dislike. Life’s too short! Find something you enjoy so you’re more likely to do it. Now get your fanny outside and get moving! And don’t forget to have some fun!
