Madison Pilates – I cannot say enough about this place!  Taking an equipment class or a private session is one of the best things that I do for myself.  My abs and flexibility are challenged beyond anything I have experienced, the workouts are always hard in a different kind of way, and it is the true mind body experience to the fullest.  After every class my posture is improved and I feel taller.  I highly recommend it to everyone, yes everyone!  It is great for people that are new to exercise, have back injuries or are elite athletes.  Receive your first equipment class for FREE.
