Ali’s Bio
I have loved competitive sports since I was young and realized as I got older that athletic effort made me happy and feel great. A feeling I wanted to share with others. I was blessed to co-own Siren Fitness for over 2 years and have transitioned into my own personal fitness business. I have over 16 years experience in the health and fitness industry and am excited to help women not only get physically stronger, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually stronger as well. Something exciting for people to realize is that exercise can be fun!
The icon of the sun in my logo represents bringing out the light and strength in each woman I serve.
My high-energy, approachable personality has helped me build an excellent reputation as a fitness trainer to women, a sought-after instructor in the area, and an expert seen on the NBC television network. I have an Associate’s Degree in Applied Arts and worked in advertising for 10 years. I am certified as an ACE Personal Trainer and ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Kickforce Instructor, Turbo KICK™ Gold Instructor, PiYo™ Gold Instructor, Completed the TRX Suspension Training Course and certified in CPR/AED.
Besides fitness and being active, my favorite time is spent with my husband and my son when he is home from LA. They are my two favorite people in the world and bring me so much joy and laughter! Laughter is something I need a daily dose of, and I can always rely on my boys for that.
